What we offer
A space for everyone. Free, always.
Whether you're stepping out of an outpatient program, carrying grief, or just feeling like you're not quite okay — you belong here. Everything Quiet Shores offers is free and open to the community, in English and in Spanish.
24-Hour Online Chat Group
Our online chat group never closes. Whenever you need to reach out — late at night, early in the morning, or somewhere in between — someone from the community is there. No appointment, no waiting.
Women's Group
A dedicated space for women to gather, share, and support one another. Led by Jessie Gomez, this group holds room for all of it — the hard days, the quiet victories, and everything in between.
Men's Group
A space where men can speak honestly without judgment. Facilitated by Dustin Leeka, the men's group is built on the belief that strength includes asking for help.
Group Therapy Sessions
Structured group therapy sessions are on the way. Stay connected with the community for updates on dates, times, and how to join.
Bilingual Services
All of our programs are available in English and Spanish. We are committed to making sure language is never a barrier to support for our Fort Myers community.

- You're looking for support in Spanish, or a bilingual space where you fully belong.
- You're struggling with your mental health and just need someone to talk to.
Ready to take the first step?
